The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a man wanted in a Child Luring and Sexual Interference investigation.
It is alleged that:
- a 35-year-old man attempted to lure a 13-year-old girl online
It is further alleged that:
- in January 2015, the same man sexually assaulted the same girl when she was 11
Elvis Presley Amalathas, 35, of Toronto, is wanted for:
1) Luring a Child
2) Invitation to Sexual Touching
3) Attempt to Make Child Pornography
4) Sexual Assault
5) Sexual Interference
6) Several breaches of court orders
He is described as 6', 170 lbs., with short black hair, and last known to have a goatee.
