The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault.
It is reported that:
- on Monday, February 29, 2016, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a 26-year-old woman was walking in the Albion Road and Thistle Down Boulevard area
- as the woman approached a residence, she was grabbed from behind by a man
- the man sexually assaulted the woman
- the woman fought back and was able to break free of the man
- the man fled the area on foot
The man is described as brown, 22-28, 5'8", 150 lbs., with a medium build. He was wearing a black bomber-style winter jacket with fur trim on the hood, black jeans, square dark-rimmed glasses and green-and-white runners.
