Missing girl located, O’Connor Drive and St. Clair Avenue East area, Octavia Kelsie, 12

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a missing girl.

Octavia Kelsie, 12, was last seen on Saturday, February 6, 2016 , at 2 p.m., in the O’Connor Drive and St. Clair Avenue East area.
