Sexual Assault Alert, Clinton Russell, 42, arrested in Sexual Assault investigation, Police believe there may be other victims

The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

On Friday, January 22, 2016, members of the Child and Youth Advocacy Centre arrested a man.

It is alleged that:

- in the afternoon of Friday, January 8, 2016, a man and a 17-year-old girl were at Weston Collegiate Institute on 100 Pine Street

- the man led the girl to a remote area of the school and sexually assaulted her

Clinton Russell, 42, of Toronto, was charged with:

1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Exploitation

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, January 23, 2016, 10 a.m..

Clinton Russell is employed as a School-Based Safety Monitor at Weston Collegiate Institute.

Police believe there may be other victims.
