This is the latest instalment of 14 Division's "Fugitive Friday." We are looking for Sebastiane Paredes-Duncan, 25, of Toronto.
He is wanted on the strength of a Warrant in the First Instance for:
1) two counts of Assault
2) Extortion
3) three counts of Fail to Comply Probation
4) Break-and-Enter With Intent
5) Breach of Recognizance
6) Criminal Harassment
He is described as 6’, 180 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his right arm that is a tribal design.
Police warn that he is considered violent. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.
