The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance identifying the suspect in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:
- on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at 4:27 p.m., a male passenger on a TTC bus, northbound on Dufferin Street at Bloor Street West , sexually assaulted a female passenger
On Friday, January 15, 2016, Jose Torres, 23 of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, January 16, 2015.
Police believe there may be other victims.
