14 Division's "Fugitive Friday," Wanted, Brian Joseph Del Mastro, 54

This is the latest instalment of 14 Division's "Fugitive Friday." We are looking for Brian Del Mastro, 54, of Toronto.

It is alleged that:

- on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, a man entered an underground parking garage in the Queen Street West and Dufferin Street area

- the man stole a vehicle,

- this breached a condition of his probation order

It is further alleged that:

- on Wednesday, November 11, 2016, a man entered a variety store in the Queen Street West and Bathurst Street area

- the man stole several items and fled in the stolen vehicle

- this breached a condition of his probation order

It is further alleged that:

- on Thursday, November 12, 2015, a man entered an underground parking garage in the Queen Street West and Bathurst Street area

- the man then entered two separate vehicles and stole several items including a laptop, a camera and several credit cards

- the man then attended a local gas station and made two separate purchases using the stolen credit cards

- this breached a condition of his probation order

It is further alleged that:

- on Monday, December 28, 2015, a man entered an underground parking garage in the Liberty Village area

- the man entered six separate vehicles and stole several items including sunglasses, a food processor, dishes, clothing, and two laptops

- this breached a condition of his probation order

He is wanted on the strength of a Warrant in the First Instance for:

1) nine counts of Theft Under
2) Theft of Motor Vehicle
3) three counts of Fail to Comply Probation
4) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
5) three counts of Possession/Use of Credit Card Obtained by Crime

He is described as 6’2", 180 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police warn that he is considered violent. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.
