The Toronto Police Service is seeking public assistance identifying and locating a man wanted in a Hold Up investigation.
It is reported that:
- on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 2:15 p.m., a man robbed a bank in the Dupont Street/Symington Avenue area
- on Monday, October 19, 2015, at 1:50 p.m., the same man robbed a bank in the Bathurst Street/Steeles Avenue West area
- in both hold ups, he produced a note demanding money
- in the latter robbery, he fled in a waiting taxi
He is described as white, 20-30, 5’7" – 5’9", slim build, well-trimmed moustache and beard. In the first robbery, he was wearing dark sunglasses, a toque, gloves, a dark pea coat, and blue jeans.
Security camera images have been released.
