Sexual Assault Alert, Three men wanted, Yonge Street and Gerrard Street West area, Update, three men arrested

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Sexual Assault investigation.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., a 21-year-old woman was walking in the Yonge Street and Gerrard Street West area

- three men approached the woman and forced her into a secluded area

- the men sexually assaulted the woman

- the woman was able to escape and contact police

Suspect #1 is described as black, approximately 30, 5'10", approximately 200 lbs., large build, black short hair and clean-shaven. He was wearing a black hat with white writing, black-and-white hoodie with no zipper and “Shawn” on back, dark-blue jeans and black running shoes

Suspect #2 is white, approximately 20, 5'6", approximately 170 lbs., skinny, blue eyes, light-blonde hair, chinstrap beard and mustache. He was wearing a black hat with red rim, black-and-red shoes, and has a tattoo on back right shoulder of a devil.

Suspect #3 has a darker-than-tan complexion, late 20s, 5'9", skinny build, brown eyes, black short hair, clean-shaven. He was wearing a white dress shirt, blue jeans, tattoo on left shoulder, and tattoo on top of right wrist.

On Wednesday, April 29, 2015, Derrick Goulding, 29 years was arrested.

On Thursday, November 12, 2015, Shawn Deon Clyke, 40; and Pawel Sledz, 32; both of no fixed address, were arrested.

They are each charged with:

1) Assault
2) Forcible Confinement
3) Sexual Assault with a Weapon
4) Gang Sexual Assault
5) Assault Cause Bodily Harm
6) Aggravated Sexual Assault

Derrick Goulding appeared in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, April 30, 2015, courtroom 101.

Shawn Deon Clyke appeared in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, November 12, 2015, courtroom 101.

Pawel Sledz was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, November 13, 2015, at Old City Hall, courtroom 101.
