Assistance sought identifying two men for Theft of poppy donation box, 1094 Bloor Street West, Update, Suspects identified, Videos and images now removed, Can no longer be published under provisions of the YCJA

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with a theft investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at approximately 6:20 p.m., two men walked into a Tim Horton’s at 1094 Bloor Street West

The two have now been identified. A warrant for their arrest will be sought on Thursday, November 12, 2015.

One of the suspects is believed to be a youth. As a result, the video and images can no longer be published under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Please refer to Section 110, Subsection 1, of the YCJA:

110. (1) Subject to this section, no person shall publish the name of a young person, or any other information related to a young person, if it would identify the young person as a young person dealt with under this Act.*
