Man faces 21 charges in theft-from-autos investigation, Seized items on display to be claimed by rightful owners on Saturday, May 18, 2013 and Sunday, May 19, 2013, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

On Wednesday, May 8, 2013 members of 55 Division Major Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a home on Newbold Avenue.

It is alleged that:

- officers recovered over 160 items of property believed to be stolen from vehicles

- another 40 items of stolen property were seized from a second-hand store

The items included identification, electronics and clothing.

Noah Tyrrell-Malcolm, 32, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Theft Under
2. Use Credit Card Obtained by Crime
3. Use Credit Card Obtained by Crime
4. two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation
5. 16 counts of Possession Property obtained by Crime (under)
6. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Stolen Goods Under

He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Friday, May 17, 2013, room 505.

If you have been the victim of a theft from auto within 55 Division, between October 2012 and May 2013, items seized will be made available to view at 55 Division, 101 Coxwell Avenue, on Saturday, May 18, 2013 and Sunday, May 19, 2013, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
