On Thursday, November 5, 2015, at 4:54 p.m., officers responded to a call for a series of assaults in the College Park area.
It is reported that:
- a 50-year-old man was standing on the sidewalk
- he was attacked and knocked to the ground by an unknown man
- the unknown man continued into the mall
- as he walked down the stairs, he shoved a 70-year-old woman
- at the bottom of the stairs, he punched a 54-year-old woman in the face, knocking her to the ground
He is described as black, 6'0", 220 lbs., with dreadlocks and a full beard. He was wearing a hat, long dark jacket, jeans and boots. He was carrying a black bag.
The suspect is considered violent. If you see him, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.
The 50-year-old man and 54-year-old woman were taken to hospital by ambulance. The man suffered a broken hip and broken wrist, the woman suffered a broken wrist and bruising to her face.
