The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a mischief investigation.
It is reported that:
- on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at 9:45 p.m., a three-year-old girl was about to eat her Halloween candy when she discovered a needle
- the needle was inserted in a chocolate bar
- the incident occurred in the Keele Street and Lawrence Avenue West area
No injuries were reported.
The Toronto Police Service asks parents to be vigilant and always thoroughly check all candy received from Halloween loot bags.
