On Friday, October 30, 2015, at 1:20 p.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Wilson Avenue at Jane Street.
It is reported that:
− a 75-year-old man was driving a 2012 Lexus IS250, westbound on Wilson Avenue, attempting to make a left turn to southbound Janes Street
− a 54-year-old man was driving a 2010 Ford F150 pick-up, eastbound on Wilson Avenue, approaching Jane Street
− the vehicles collided in the intersection
A 72-year-old woman, a passenger in the Lexus, received life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
