The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a quantity of lost medication.
On Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 3:05 p.m., a quantity of medication was lost on the eastbound TTC train at Main subway station.
The lost medication was in a lock box and contained 6 x 60 mg bottles of methadone.
The pills could be harmful and/or fatal if ingested, especially to children.
Methadone is highly addictive and if taken may cause a life-threatening heart disorder. Methadone may also affect an individual's breathing.
