The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a Sexual Assault investigation
It is alleged that:
- on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at 9:41 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for a sexual assault in the Broadview Avenue and Mortimer Avenue area
- a man who is employed as a personal support worker, attended a client's residence
- the man sexually assaulted a 95-year-old man
On Thursday, July 16, 2015, Danilo Alcala, 61, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Sexual assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Friday, July 17, 2015, 10 a.m., room 507.
Police believe there may be other victims.
Police would like to encourage the public to come forward and report Sexual Assault occurrences to police. Police will ensure that everyone has access to support services, regardless of their decision to proceed criminally.
