The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a robbery investigation.
It is reported that:
- between Friday, April 19, 2013 and Tuesday, May 7, 2013, between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., a series of robberies occurred in the Annette Street/Fairview Avenue area
- the suspect(s) are targeting teenagers that have left for lunch or completed school for the day
- the suspect(s) are stealing money and smartphones from their victims
The first suspect is described as black, 16-25, 58"-6, heavy build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with Adidas in white letters on sleeves. He has a gap between front teeth and chin strap beard.
The second suspect is described as black, 16-25, 510"-6 with a chin strap beard. He was last seen wearing all black clothing, including a black hooded sweatshirt.
