On Saturday, June 13, 2015, at approximately 11:20 p.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Avenue Road and Davenport Road.

The driver has been identified as Mitchell Irwin, 19, of Keswick. He has been charged with:
1. Criminal Negligence Causing Death
2. Dangerous Driving Causing Death
3. Fail to Stop at Scene of Accident Causing Death
He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, June 15, 2015, at 9 a.m., College Park Courts, room 504.
Police are asking the public for assistance in determining the whereabouts of the vehicle that was involved in this collision. Anyone who knows the location of the white, 2015 Hyundai Sonata, involved in this collision anywhere between Avenue Road at Highway 401 and the town of Keswick, between the hours of 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2015 and 12 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2015, is asked to call police.
