Police request assistance, Young child found at Shops at Don Mills

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating the parents of a found child.

On Thursday, May 2, at 11:30 a.m., a child was left behind at the Shops at Don Mills, near the intersection of Don Mills Road/Lawrence Avenue East.

The boy is described as white, 14-17 months old, with a noticeable scratch on his nose. He is wearing blue-jean shorts, a blue shirt with a bird wearing pink glasses on the front, purple ALL STARS shoes, grey socks with a turquoise ring around the ankle. He has brown eyes and brown curly hair worn in a ponytail with a blue elastic.

The child was seen at the Shops at Don Mills with a group of 4-5 adults and 2-3 other children who left the plaza in a white van.
