On Thursday, May 2, 2013, at 12 p.m., the Toronto Police Service's Divisional Policing Support Unit and the Chinese Community Consultative Committee will be hosting a celebration to recognize Asian Heritage Month.
Members of the public and the media are welcome to attend this event, held at the southeast corner of Hamilton Street and Gerrard Street East, to reflect on the contributions of Asian Canadians and the importance of this community to Canadian history.
A reception with refreshments will take place after the ceremony.
