The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault that occurred on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.
It is reported that:
- a 21-year-old woman boarded a bus at Warden subway station and a man followed her onto the bus
- when the woman exited the bus in the Brimley Road/St. Clair Avenue East area, the man also exited at the same bus stop
- as the woman was walking, the man approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her
- he was last seen walking westbound on St. Clair Avenue East
The man is described as having a light-black complexion, 25-30, 58", 150 lbs., medium build, black hair worn in a ponytail. He was wearing blue baggy jeans and black jacket.
