The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Lionel Williams, 28, was last seen on the morning of Monday, March 23, 2015 in the Gerrard Street East/Main Street area.
He is described as black, 5'5", 140 lbs., with short black hair and dark eyes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
