On Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at 3 p.m., police responded to a radio call for a man found semi-conscious and bleeding from the head at 2267 Lake Shore Boulevard West .
The man was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on the afternoon of Monday, March 23, 2015.
The man has been identified as Khee Hien Liem, 72, of Toronto.
A post-mortem examination has been scheduled for today.
