The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware about a quantity of medication stolen during a robbery on Friday, March 13, 2015, in the Broadview Avenue and Danforth Avenue area.
It is reported that:
- a man was delivering prescription medication to Loblaws
- he was approached from behind and pushed to the ground by a man
- obtained was a burgundy plastic tote with a quantity of Fentanyl patches and Lorazepam, which was later recovered nearby
The medication can be harmful and/or fatal if ingested by a person for whom it was not prescribed.
The suspect is described as white, 50s, 5'6", skinny build, scruffy face, straggly salt-and-pepper hair, wearing black toque, black 3/4-length bomber jacket and skinny dark jeans.
