Police seek assistance identifying man wanted in Robbery investigation, Greenwood Avenue and Danforth Avenue area, Security camera images of man released

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Robbery investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a man entered a cab at Pape subway station

- the man asked to be taken to Greenwood Avenue and Chatham Street

- once the man arrived at the location, he assaulted the 61-year-old taxi driver and made demands for money

- the man fled north towards Danforth Avenue with a quantity of cash

The man is described as 25-30, 6'0"-6'3", 200-230 lbs. and is clean-shaven. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded jacket and white wool hat.
