On Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 3:37 p.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call to attend Chester subway station .
It is reported that:
- a 34-year-old woman was seated on a eastbound subway train, between Broadview and Chester stations, when she was approached by a unknown man
- the man stood in front of the woman and committed an indecent act
The man is described as white, late 50s to early 60s, 5'10" to 6'0", 180 lbs., medium build and has a scruffy beard. He was last seen wearing a black ¾-length jacket with the brand name “Storm Tech” written across the back of the neck in brown and gold, light-grey sweatpants with a large hole in the crotch area, black toque, brown-and-beige hiking boots and sunglasses.
