The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in a Mischief investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Monday, November 24, 2014, a woman returned home to find a man in her driveway
- the man was asked to leave and an argument ensued
- when the woman went inside her house, he began to bang on the door
- he then starting banging on the window beside the door and eventually broke the window
- the woman called police
The man has been identified as James Kenneth Fraser, 47, of Toronto. He is wanted for:
1) Mischief - Under $5000
2) two counts of Fail to Comply - Probation
He is described as white, 6’2”, 190 lbs., bald, with brown eyes, and unkempt.
He is known to frequent the Sheppard Avenue East/Kennedy Road area.
