On Sunday, January 25, 2015, at 7:56 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision, at College Street and Brock Avenue .
It is reported that:
- a 58-year-old man was attempting to cross College Street, from the north side to the south side, on the west side of the intersection
- a 42-year-old man was driving a 2014 Ford pick-up truck, northbound on Brock Avenue, attempting to make a left turn to westbound College Street
- the pedestrian was struck by the vehicle as it made the left turn
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
