On Wednesday, January 21, 2015, members of the 55 Division Division Major Crime Unit, with the assistance of 41 Division Major Crime Unit and the Emergency Task Force, executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Pharmacy Avenue and Teesdale Place area.
It is alleged that:
- a man was in possession of a firearm
- the man was storing the firearm at his residence
- police seized a pump-action shotgun and six rounds of ammunition
Tyrell Fuller, 22, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
2) Careless Storage of a Firearm
3) Careless Storage of Ammunition
4) Possession of Firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
5) Store Firearm contrary to Regulations
6) Possession of Firearm contrary to a Prohibition Order
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Thursday, January 22, 2015, 10 a.m., room 501.
