On Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 3:38 a.m., police responded to a personal injury collision at Kingston Road at Warden Avenue
It is reported that:
- a 28-year-old man was riding a bicycle eastbound on Kingston Road, on the south sidewalk, approaching Warden Avenue
- a 40-year-old man was driving a 2001 Nissan Maxima eastbound on Kingston Road, approaching Warden Avenue, in the curb lane
- when the man riding the bicycle reached Warden Avenue, he made a left turn to go northbound on Warden Avenue
- the cyclist was struck by the Nissan
The cyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
