The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a man wanted for numerous Break-and-Enters to offices in the downtown core.

As a result of the public safety alert issued by police, a number of new victims have come forward. Investigation into their complaints has begun.
On Thursday, January 8, 2015, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Donald Joseph Francoeur, 55, was arrested for these offences. He is charged with the following:
1) 12 counts of Break-and-Enter and Commit
2) four counts of Theft Under
3) Suspension of Statutory Release
He will appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, January 9, 2015, 10 a.m., room 101.
Police believe there may be more victims.
