On Sunday, January 4, 2015, at 7:03 p.m., police responded to a personal injury collision on Bathurst Street, south of Harbord Street.
It is reported that:
- a 70-year-old man was driving a 2002 Honda Civic, northbound on Bathurst Street in the passing lane, approaching a marked pedestrian crossover
- a 26-year-old woman was attempting to cross Bathurst Street, from the east side to the west side, in the pedestrian crossover
- the woman was struck by the vehicle in the northbound passing lane
The woman was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
