Police request assistance with Sexual Assault investigation, Pharmacy Avenue and Edge Park Avenue area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, January 4, 2015, at approximately 5 a.m., a 50-year-old woman was in the area of Edge Park Avenue, between Pharmacy Avenue and Victoria Park Avenue

- the woman walked past a man

- she continued walking and was jumped from behind by the man

- the man then sexually assaulted her

The man is described as black, 25-30, 5'7", and has a slim-to-medium build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with grey fur around the hood.
