The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.
On Monday, December 15, 2014, during the evening hours, a woman, 27, was lured by a man to a building in the Kipling Avenue at Dundas Street West area.
It is reported that:
- she was sexually assaulted by three other men
- she was held against her will
- her life was threatened by one of the men
The building is described as a shorter multi-level structure, possibly under five floors, reddish, dark or brown color exterior with underground parking. The front of the building has a concrete or brick overhang at the front entrance. The overhang is decorated with Christmas lights. The building has one elevator, long hallways and one set of double doors at the front entrance.
Suspect #1: white, 30-40, tall, collar-length black hair parted, black shirt, dark pants, spoke English with a foreign accent
Suspect #2: white, 5'3"-5'4", round face, no hair, lots of upper-body freckles, 30-40, light-blue sweater with dark-blue stitching crossing at front, jeans not too dark, clean-shaven
Suspect #3: white, 30s, not very dark hair
Suspect #4: known as "Noel" and described as male, light-brown skin, 5'3"-5'4", close to 40, short black hair, thick lips, not thin nose, chubby but strong, dark eyes. Claimed to be from Venezuela. Does not speak English well
