On Sunday, April 21, 2013, at 12:21 p.m., police responded to a call for an armed robbery at the TD Canada Trust bank at 2555 St. Clair Avenue West.

On Monday, April 22, 2013, members of the TPS Hold Up Squad arrested and charged Andre Amos Palmer, 26, of Brampton, with:
1) Robbery while armed with firearm
2) Use Firearm to commit indictable offence
3) Aggravated assault
4) Attempt Murder
5) two counts of Possession Property obtained by Crime
Police are still requesting the public's assistance locating a second man who allegedly discharged a firearm during the robbery, striking and injuring a bank employee and a bank customer.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with 8 on the left chest and a black Chicago White Sox baseball cap.
