Public assistance sought identifying suspects wanted for several Arsons, Security camera images now available

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of several ongoing Arson investigations.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, September 7, 2014, at approximately 11 p.m., two Dodge Cirrus cars were stolen from the Frederick Street/The Esplanade area

- one of the cars was set on fire at Church Street/The Esplande

- just before midnight, a U-Haul truck was stolen from Cherry Street/Gardiner Expressway area, then set on fire on Frederick Street

- hours later, at approximately 2:15 a.m., a Chrysler Sebring, Infiniti EX35 and Honda CRV were set on fire in a Green P parking lot at 2 Church Street, also causing damage to the parking structure

- minutes later, at approximately 2:45 a.m., the second Cirrus was set on fire in a residential carport in the Hazelton Avenue/Davenport Road area, causing damage to a second car, the carport, and wood fence

- on Monday, September 29, 2014, at approximately 10:15 p.m., a Chrysler Sebring was set on fire in an underground parking garage of Henry Lane Terrance

It is further alleged that the one group is responsible for all events. One of them is described as possibly white, in his late teens to early 20s, with a beard and tattoos on the inside of both his forearms and top of left hand.

Security images are now available.
