This is the latest instalment of 14 Division's "Fugitive Friday." We are looking for Dang Van Tran, 42, of Toronto.
He is wanted for:
1) Expose Genitals To Person Under 16 years
2) Indecent Act
3) two counts of Fail to Comply Probation
On Tuesday, September 2, 2014, police responded to a call for a man committing an indecent act in a school yard.
It is alleged that:
- a man was standing in the middle of a school yard during school hours
- he was engaged in an indecent act
- there were school-aged children nearby at the time
- police were called and he was arrested that day
- he has now failed to show up for his appointed court date and remains a fugitive from the law.
He is described as an Asian, 5'7", 130 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, has tattoo on his forearm of a cross and the words "RIP Andy".
