On Friday, November 28, 2014, at 3:59 p.m., police responded to a call for a Personal Injury Collision at Lansdowne Avenue at Dundas Street West.
It is reported that:
- a 63-year-old man was driving a 2014 Ford van eastbound on Dundas Street West, approaching Lansdowne Avenue, attempting to make a right turn
- a 43-year-old man was riding his bicycle eastbound on Dundas Street West, approaching Lansdowne Avenue
- as the van made a right turn to southbound Lansdowne Avenue, the van and bicycle collided
The cyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
