On Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 11:45 a.m., police responded to a personal injury collision at 2440 Dundas Street West.
It is reported that:
- a 55-year-old man was driving a 2011 Mercedes Sprinter Van, exiting from a mall parking lot, attempting to make a left turn to southbound Dundas Street West
- a 68-year-old woman was attempting to cross Dundas Street West, from the west side to the east side, near the crosswalk
− as the van made the left turn, the female pedestrian was struck in the northbound passing lane
She was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
