The Toronto Police would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a man wanted for Attempt Murder.
It is alleged that:
- on Friday, October 31, 2014, two men were involved in an argument at a residence in the Bay Street and Charles Street West area

On Tuesday, November 18, 2014, Elijah Roberts, 28, surrendered to police. He is charged with:
1) Attempt Murder
2) Aggravated Assault
3) Assault with a Weapon
4) three counts of Uttering Threats
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, November 18, 2014.
