This is the latest installment of 14 Division’s “Fugitive Friday.” This week we are looking for Tommy De Carvalho, 39 of Toronto.
He is wanted on a warrant for:
1) Assault
2) Criminal Harassment
It is alleged that:
- on Monday, October 6, 2014, he assaulted a woman
- on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, he began to harass the woman, causing her to be in fear of her personal safety
He is described as white, 5'8", 200 lbs and has a large build.
