Man, 32, faces 95 charges for Sexual Assaults and Break-and-Enters over three-year period

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of two arrests in a series of Sexual Assaults and Break-and-Enters over a three-year period in 22 Division.

On Wednesday, October 29, 2014, Sex Crimes and 22 Division arrested Anieph Fitzroy Burton, 32, of Toronto.

He is charged with:

1) 11 counts of Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Assault Causing Bodily Harm
3) three counts of Overcome Resistance by Choking
4) 16 counts of Mischief
5) Theft of Motor Vehicle
6) four counts of Assault
7) 46 counts of Break-and-Enter Commit
8) 10 counts of Attempt Break and Enter
9) three counts of Break and Enter with Intent

Jehanneiry Beaton, 31, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) six counts of Break-and-Enter, Commit
2) Break-and-Enter with Intent

Both accused appeared in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, October 30, 2014.

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance with this investigation.

Police believe that there may be other victims.
