Missing woman located, Helga Frenzel, 70

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a missing woman.

Helga Frenzel, 70, was last seen on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at approximately 12:30 p.m., in the Island Road and East Avenue area.
