Justin Williams, 29, was last seen on Thursday, April 11, 2013, at 1001 Queen Street West.
He is described as white, 6, 175 lbs., brown eyes, medium build, and a shaved head. He has a tattoo of J.W between his thumb and index finger. He was last seen wearing a blue/grey sweater and blue jeans.
Police are concerned for his safety.
