The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a man who is Unlawfully at Large.
Thomas Brailsford, 54, was last seen on Monday, September 8, 2014, at 10 a.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area. He has not returned after being out on an approved day pass from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.

Due to the length of time away from help, his risk level has been upgraded. If located, police request that members of the public do not approach him. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
