The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a man who is Unlawfully at Large.
Thomas Brailsford, 54, was last seen on Monday, September 8, 2014, at 10 a.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area. He has not returned after being out on a approved day pass from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
He is described as white, 6'4", 217 lbs., bald, hazel eyes and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety. If located, police request that members of the public do not approach him. Call police immediately.
