On Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at approximately 3:30 p.m., police were called to an office in the Warden Avenue/Lawrence Avenue East area.

It is alleged that:
- an altercation took place, inside the premises, between two men
- a 43-year-old man was removed from the premises by a 60-year-old man
- once outside, the altercation continued and escalated
- the 60-year-old man kicked the 43-year-old man's camera out of his hand, and punched him in the face
- they both continued to fight, until they were stopped by people in the area
- the 60-year-old man then took the 43-year-old man's microphone and left
William Byers, 60 of Toronto has been arrested.
He is charged with:
1) Assault
2) Mischief
3) Theft
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, 2 p.m.
