The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an assault investigation.
On Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at approximately 3:30 p.m., police were called to an office in the Warden Avenue/Lawrence Avenue East area.
It is alleged that:
- an altercation took place inside, between two men
- a 43-year-old man was removed from the premises
- once outside, the altercation continued and escalated into an assault
Both men sustained minor injuries.
The 43-year-old man was taken into custody and has since been released.
The investigation is still ongoing.
