The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a child pornography investigation.
On Sunday, August 31, 2014, members of the public contacted police.
It is alleged that:
- a man was seen looking at images of child pornography, on his laptop, in the Yonge Street/Dundas Street area
The man was arrested by 52 Division, and further investigated by Sex Crimes - Child Exploitation Section.
Philip Lenard Publuske, 44, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Possession Child Pornography
2) Accessing Child Pornography
3) four counts of Breach of Recognizance
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, September 1, 2014, 10 a.m., courtroom 101,
