Man wanted in Sexual Assault investigation, Lake Shore Boulevard West and Strachan Avenue area, Composite drawing of suspect released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at approximately 5 a.m., a 49-year-old woman was at a park in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and Strachan Avenue area

- the woman met a unknown man on the roadway

- the man sexually assaulted her and attacked her with a knife

The man is described as white with a tanned skin tone, 25-35, with a round face, black/brown eyes, large nose, a thin chinstrap beard, bushy eyebrows and short dark hair. He was wearing dark pants.

Police are releasing a composite drawing of the suspect and are requesting the public's assistance identifying him.
